Dispatch

We wrap every order by hand and aim to dispatch within 1-2 working days, orders received after 1.00pm on a Friday will not be dispatched until the following Monday. If you do need something urgently, or for a specific date, please let us know and we'll always do our best to help.

 

Delivery Services

We use "Royal Mail Signed For" with all our deliveries. Within the UK, there is a choice between: First Class (1-2 days), Second Class (2-3 days) or Special Delivery by 1pm next working day (Royal Mail exceptions and restrictions apply)

All orders outside the UK are sent Tracked & Signed* and you will receive a tracking link for your parcel once it has been shipped. These should arrive at European destinations within 3 - 5 working days: and to the rest of the world within 5-10 working days.

*Certain countries offer only tracked or signed, so we will use the most secure option available in your region.

Non Delivered Goods

Please ensure that the delivery information is 100% accurate as we cannot be held responsible for a delay in delivery of goods for this reason. As the customer, you will be required to pay for goods to be re-delivered should they be returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from your local postal depot.

 

Cancellations

All customers have the right to cancel their orders under the Distance Selling Regulations which gives consumers extra protection  when buying online. 

You have the right to cancel the purchase of a good without having to give reason at any time within the "cooling off period" of 14 days, beginning the day after you receive the goods. 

If you are in possession of the goods you are under duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective, see "Return of damaged/faulty/incorrect goods") as soon as possible once you have cancelled the contract. All goods must be returned in their original condition. Returned goods must be packaged with sufficient care to ensure that damage does not occur during transit. We will not be held responsible for damage to returned goods caused by insufficient packaging. We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage (this is free) from the Post Office as we do not accept any responsibility for returned items that fail to reach us.

We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods. 

Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract you may choose a refund or exchange your item for another. If a refund is required, it will be credited to the original method of payment. Any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your cancellation.

 

Return of damaged/faulty/incorrect goods

If an item is damaged or faulty or there is a mistake with your order, you will be offered a full refund or exchange. This return should be made within 7 days of receipt on the item. You will need to notify us in writing providing your name, item description and reason for return. You must then mail the item back to us.
